You’ve built your foundation, developed your expression — now it’s time to refine the physique and sharpen performance under real-world intensity. This stage alternates between hypertrophy-focused strength days and strategic high-intensity circuits, blending resistance, functional conditioning, and performance-driven movement. Each week is split into two different tracks (A & B) that evolve across six weeks, keeping your body guessing and your progress climbing. Here, every rep sculpts. Every circuit simulates the dynamic demands of stage, sport, or spotlight. It’s not just about how you look — it’s how you move, endure, and perform.
