Stage 4 - HIGH PERFORMANCE: Power & Maximal Strength Duration: 6 Weeks Frequency: 5 Workouts per Week Level: Advanced Welcome to Stage 4: Performance — the final stage of the journey, where everything you’ve built comes to life under pressure. This is for those ready to push boundaries, transcend plateaus, and forge a physique that performs as powerfully as it looks. In this phase, aesthetics meet application. Each workout is purposefully structured around performance demands — integrating max-effort strength, athletic movement, and stamina training to help you peak physically and mentally. The A/B split system continues, progressing weekly to increase power, skill, and control across every domain. From explosive supersets and max-rep strength lifts to functional race-style circuits, you’ll train for performance in every sense: the spotlight, the arena, the camera, or the chaos. Whether you're prepping for stage, sport, or real-life performance, this stage ensures you're ready. Goals of Stage 4: ✅ Build elite-level strength and muscle density ✅ Enhance explosive power, mobility, and joint control ✅ Train for real-world readiness: stamina, focus, and composure under stress ✅ Sharpen movement patterns for performance-based output ✅ Push through psychological resistance and build mental resilience ✅ Blend artistic discipline with athletic intensity What’s Included: 5 Progressive Workouts per Week (~55–65 minutes each) Weekly Split: Upper Body Power A & B Lower Body Power A & B Upper Body Strength Advanced A & B Lower Body Strength Advanced A & B 2 High-Intensity Conditioning Circuits: Triple Threat – Level 2 (Weeks 1–3) Showdown (Weeks 4–6)
